Ashbrook

Ashbrook Assisted Living is located at 1121 Fremont Street. It is connected by a link to Cedar Ridge Independent Living. It features 41 apartments with one (1) and two (2) bedroom designs. It has three floors of comfort and security. Ashbrook is private apartments that are designed for seniors that need individually assessed supportive services and plans in order to live independently with the security of 24 hour staffing.

Ashbrook has three levels of care each level includes the basic level. Following is the list of all features of the basic level. (Rent and services included)

arrow Up to 1/2 hour of Personal Assistance

arrow Stand by Assist with Independent Transfers
   

Level III ( includes basic, Levels I and II)
