Oak Terrace North is located on Crescent Drive, North of Scenic Manor Health Care Facility. Oak Terrace South is located on the corner of Polk and Oak Street, South of Ashbrook Assisted Living. Oak Terrace Townhomes was a vision of our owners to provide townhouse living with the security and peace of mind that comes with being a part of our community. All townhomes have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 4 season room with a single or double garage.

Services Included in Monthly Fee.

Interior and exterior maintenance including mowing, snow removal, scheduled maintenance of mechanical systems, and repairs to the exterior and interior of the townhome excluding major appliances.     Use of campus common areas including beauty shop, game rooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen facilities, lounge areas and use of office equipment for faxing, copying and e-mail within reason. Rooms can be reserved for private functions.     Priority admittance to other campus facilities.     All units have an emergency call system.     Use of scheduled trasportation for local appointments.     Water softener scheduled maintenance including salt.     Garbage taken to the curb.     Exterior window washing.     If out of town or hospitalized for an extended period of time, we will perform a house check with prior notice.
